A500 1MB CHIP RAM / A500 0.5MB CHIP RAM memory expansion allows you to increase the CHIP RAM by an additional 1MB or 0.5MB, depending on the model of Amiga 500 / 500+ computer. This gives the operating system 2MB or 1MB of CHIP RAM.
