Wicherek14 PLCC is a simple turbo card that supports 14 MHz CPUs. It allows one to install PLCC68 versions of MC68000/MC68010 in Amiga A500/A500+/A2000 computer.

 

Specification

  • designed for Amiga A500/A500+/A2000 computers (installation in place of the original CPU),
  • supports PLCC68 versions of MC68000/MC68010 CPUs,
  • recommended CPU model: MC68HC000FN16 (not included),
  • clock speed: 14 MHz or 7 MHz (synchronously with the system bus),
  • does not provide additional RAM memory

  • MIPS: 0.59, Dhrystones 569 –without FAST RAM
  • MIPS: 1.07, Dhrystones 1026 –with external FAST RAM

  • MIPS: 0.59, Dhrystones 569 –without FAST RAM
  • MIPS: 1.07, Dhrystones 1027 –with external FAST

All of the above results have been gathered using SysInfo v4.0, Savyna68k A500 FAST memory expansion card, Wicher2000 A2000 FAST memory expansion card.
